About these terms
These terms apply when you use ossmannlaw.com (the site), run by Ossmann Law (we, us). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use the site
The site is for adults aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. You must confirm this when you arrive and again when you create an account. If you are under 18, or you are outside the UK, please leave the site.
Free to play, no real money
All games on the site are free. We don't take payments, and the site doesn't offer real-money gambling. There are no prizes of money or real-world value.
- Coins and levels are virtual. They have no cash value and can't be sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged.
- Doing well in a free game does not mean you will do well at real-money gambling.
- We may change the starting coins, daily bonus or level rules at any time.
Your account
You don't need an account to play. If you create one:
- Give us accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- One person, one account. Please don't share it.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.
You can also sign up with Google. In that case, Google's own terms apply to your Google account.
Using the site properly
Please don't:
- break, probe or overload the site or its games;
- use bots, scripts or tricks to collect coins or XP unfairly;
- try to get into other people's accounts or our systems;
- copy, resell or republish our games or content;
- use the site for anything unlawful.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Our games and content
The games, artwork, text, logos and code on the site belong to Ossmann Law or our licensors. You may play the games for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved.
Availability and changes
We try to keep the site running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and may need to pause the site for maintenance.
Our responsibility
The site and its games are provided as they are, for entertainment. Nothing in these terms limits anything the law doesn't allow us to limit, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or your legal rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our actions, or for virtual coins, levels or progress being lost or reset.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can deal with any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
